When Eating Healthy Does Not Seem to Be Enough

Healthy eating is an crucial goal for both looking good and feeling good. The right foods, like fresh produce and organic proteins, can do everything from increasing our energy to fighting disease to giving us clearer skin, and everything in between. The wrong foods, like processed foods, can do just the opposite. What is a person to do when he or she feels like they are eating all the “right foods,” but still feeling less than his or her best? Food Journal to Identify Gaps and Triggers. Keep a journal of everything you eat for a minimum of two weeks. Note what you eat, when you eat it, and how you feel afterwards. Make an effort to incorporate missing nutrients into your diet.
