For years and years, I studied Uechi-Ryu until I became a master. I have competed in Uechi-Ryu competitions around the world and I have owned many traditional Uechi-Ryu dojos. Though I am now retired, I continue to practice the ways of Uechi-Ryu in every aspect of my life. I eat a clean and mindful diet.
